Lengthy and difficult, 3 round interview. Phone screening and background experience check followed by one on one with a manager and (sometimes their manager), followed by a representative job walk day, followed by a presentation of what you would contribute in a business plan format on another one on one.

Very long. You will speak with a third party interview first. Then the manager, then VP. Each time you interview its a level up when it comes to work experience and getting to know one another. They tell you pay and benefits up front. They want to make sure your the right man or women for their team.

Human Resource phone call was basic and just went over my resume. Mostly asked starting and ending dates along with a quick summary of the jobs. Then got scheduled for a meeting with 2 managers. Got a call a few days later with a job offer
