I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Revolut in Oct 2021
Interview
Had 2 interviews, one with a Recruiter and another with the Manager
Was suppossed to do an excercise but I'm glad I didn't waste any time on it.
More steps were to follow but I had such a bad experience that even though I was rejected I was not going to move forward with them

Question 1
They just want to know about numbers and how many interviews and hires you can make, that's all they care about.
Talent Manager was pedantic through the whole conversation, he just wanted to prove he knew more than the candidate and was looking to make me look bad.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (Mumbai) in Jun 2021
Interview
Had applied on LinkedIn for the position and had got a mail to choose slots very next day. Was very impressed at first. The first round went very well and was very easy. The panel even shared a mail for schedule of second round with positive feedback. But didn't get back to me with constant followup and finally after 5 days, a mail came to me stating that they will not be going ahead with further process as the position got filled up. Very disappointing experience.
Got invited to attend a first round interview and picked an interview time.
The individual who interviewed me was so cold, lacking any people skills whatever and seemed disinterested.
Some relevant questions were asked but others would have added no value at all to assessing me as a candidate.
It seemed very robotic and overly formal.
Following the interview I was informed that I would hear either way of the outcome... Surprise surprise but I didn't hear anything at all...
Heard similar stories from other individuals about their experiences so it's clear they dont value the candidate experience.
