I applied online. After a few days, the recruiter reached out to me to schedule the first interview round through a booking link.
I sent him an email and messaged him on LinkedIn 5 minutes in with no reply. I was then left sitting for the whole 30 minutes of the interview, and the recruiter never showed up.
I then emailed and messaged the hiring manager on LinkedIn, and guess what? No reply either.
Completely a waste of my time and totally unprofessional.
Call with recruiter. Came across professional to begin with and told me they were recruiting for Fincrime but believes I’m a better fit for Services and would get back to me the next morning at the latest to confirm. 3 days no response and then received a generic automated rejection email. Extremely misleading as the impression I was given was that it was just a matter of which department to assess me for in the next stages. On top of that no feedback could be given. Complete waste of time and extremely disappointing from a company like Revolut.

Contacted via linkedin, then screening call and after that home task.
Home task was really really time-consuming. A lot of time spent but finally haven't proceeded to the next stage.
I thought my solution was good enough. I spent so much time for which I would expect at least detailed feedback. I could do better but concluded that I have spent enough time. I have even asked questions about the specific things and those questions were not answered.
My experience was positive when it comes to the contact with the HR recruiter. Home task was negative experience due to the lack of feedback and answers to my questions.

You get the data and you have to extract from it a lot of stuff. SQL queries, python code in notebooks. I cant share much more details but task was very time consuming
