The process was conducted in the following steps
1. Discussion with the Hiring manager
2. Take home task
3. Interview
The first two steps were structured and the hiring manager interacted well to explain the process. Post that my interview was scheduled with a senior operations manager. But the interview was pushed on the day of the interview and the interviewer was changed to Founder's Associate. The interview seemed to be conducted in a hurry and the interviewer did not turn on his video for the interview.
