My experience with interviewing at Revolut was unfortunately quite negative.
After a 10 minutes video chat ending on a positive note, I was told I am overqualified for the coordinator's role so they would send me a task for a recruiter. However, I still received a different task and tried to communicate that with them but they never replied. Just because I was really keen to work with them and didn't want to miss the deadline, I decided to work on the task which I found relatively easy. I delivered and never heard back. No rejection email, no reply or whatsover. I followed up to ask for feedback on how I did and again no reply.
I have 7+ years of experience in recruitment, including in-house, so for me this is a big RED FLAG. It's either their HR is quite inexperienced and have no idea what to do or they are just simply unprofessional.
It's too bad because they forget they are not only dealing with candidates but also with existing or prospective clients. 3 years of being an excited client and advocate of theirs has turned into a bitter experience.
