1. Case Study - standard PM case study. The question was about improving conversion. I did well here. 2. Product Skills - the question was to design a system to manage an ATM network. The way the recruiter described this interview had me thinking it was about technical skills, so I prepared for a systems design interview. I could tell in the interview that the interviewer had written me off after 10 minutes, he was doing other things and ignoring my questions, and saying I forgot things that I clearly stated and addressed in my assumptions. I was ghosted after this interview and never heard back. 3. Culture fit - Never got to this

The lengthiest process without any visibility into what roles or what teams they want to put you in. Please save your time and effort and pass on this company if you’re in a serious need of a job. I am putting this so that it benefits the serious job aspirants who are tight on time and in stress. Basically they first take your product fit, technical, bar raiser and product head rounds (all were super difficult to clear) and then share that you’ve cleared and then make you talk to multiple line managers who are least bothered to hire and are mean. Lastly they come back saying none of the LMs found you a fit for their teams and ask you to keep hanging around. All effort a BIG waste! Revolut folks if you think of your product teams as such high caliber folks get some basics set right of how to deal with people!
