I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (Londres, Inglaterra) in Aug 2025
Interview
Relatively intense. The job outlined to me was extremely high pressure ( 15 meetings a month ) for a barely above average salary. No sales tools used and a constant reminder it was high pressure amongst other negative points. I decided not to continue because I didn’t like how negative the process felt - also the interview turnover was incredibly fast paced with no feedback between stages which concerned me, how fast did they need to fill that role?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Revolut (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
5 stages (including roleplays), got to the final stage and given an offer then ghosted for 3 months until a recruiter reached out about the same role, went through another 3 stages just to get ghosted
Efficient and fast-paced. All the interviews are conducted in a span of at most two weeks. The questions were nothing out of the ordinary, importance on proving that you are willing to work with volume and hit KPIs.
Since this was for a graduate role there were only 2 rounds - HR & with a Senior Sales Manager. They were very clear and upfront about the structure of the interview - had to prepare a sales pitch and then basic motivation questions
