Two phone interviews one screen call and one with hiring manager. Asked series of motivation based questions - why sales, why revolut etc. Pretty quick process overall from initial application to end of interview result.

Overall I did not find the interviews difficult and actually had a nice experience. All of the interviewers were very polite as well.

Processo molto lento, dopo referral mi hanno inviato un link per fare il primo assessment online, una parte logica (50 domande in 15 minuti) e una parte conoscitiva (60 domande). Non si sono più fatti sentire per 3 settimane per poi dirmi che avevano già trovato il candidato giusto.
