Before starting the process an employee (head of department) told me that the age average at Revolut is very low (and high turn over), and he/she did not recommend the company... As i had no job i decided to give a try anyway (a job is to pay bills!)
The recruitment process is fast but not sure i fully understand the interest for all those steps (1- 10 minutes screening interview - 2- interesting chat with someone to check my skills 3- a teen case study that have no linkage with revolut of the role 4 - logic test 5- 30 min chat with the manager 6- culture fit.) I was actually released when I received the negative outcome.
A lot of check box exercice rounds....
Appart steps 1,2 and 5. all other "interviews" are with people who do not know the role you apply for and to me, appart from showing the type of culture of this company, i did not see any points off those steps....
The worst step is the "fit to culture one". 60 minutes chat with complete arrogant and junior person, who pretended to be a super star and
where the main question is about your previous performance ratings.
Overall - the process shows the company culture (recruit young people who can fit standard boxes and follow processes without thinking a lot).
