The process is clear and structured. 5 Interviews: Screen call, manager call, Role Play, Country manager and Hiring manager. I have to say that at first, I thought it was a really good process, all my interviews went well and with good feedback when I asked, in the 4th one with the country manager he gave me good feedback and passed me to the last one, this is supposed to be with the hiring manager but it wasn't. This manager arrived late, didn't introduce himself, the interview was not even 7 min, he was a bit rude...I thought that after having good experiences, I shouldn't be concerned if all the previous ones went well, but I received a rejection email. Ok, maybe they just didn't like me, or they found someone more aligned, so I asked for feedback from the recruiter, but there was no answer. I sent a message to the country manager on Linkedin, and he did answer, but only to ask if HR gave feedback, nothing after...OK. After 3 days, I received an email from a different recruiter for another interview, didn't know to which position, so I sent an email to my previous recruiter, no answer, I sent an email to this new recruiter, no answer...so I selected the slot to do the interview: She acted like nothing happened, she even avoid to talk about my other process when I brought the topic, ok, she passed me to the 2nd interview with the manager, all went good, I had to learn a different product, because it was sales, but other department, Ok, I do another role play, again the feedback is positive and then, rejection email? I think they basically made a mistake when sending this interview email, but they weren't able to accept it. My expectations with Revolut were high even if I got many negative comments from many people, but after all this, obviously, they are not transparent or professional. We are candidates, we have to prepare for your interviews for you to make us waste our time like this. the best is the message that HR sent; in both situations, it was the same rejection email copied and pasted after 7 interviews in total with you...I think the least you could do is give a bit of feedback, or context when you invited to another interview...
