Bastante claras las expectativas de cada una de las entrevistas. El recruiter te acompaña en todo momento dando insights muy valiosos.
El proceso consta de aproximadamente 5 entrevistas que van desde:
- Revisión preliminar del cv
- Prueba re razonamiento lógico
- Problem solving
- Bar raiser
- Culture fit

Son varios tipos, uno de ellos siendo un caso a resolver en vivo.

Son 3 fases:
Examen tipo gmat
3 entrevistas: 1 de razonamiento (Encontrar la causa raíz de un problema), 1 Con el Head del área y otra con el CEO.
El último filtro es un background check que tardan al rededor de 2 semanas

5 etapas o aveces 4, screen call, test, business case, 2 entrevistas con heads de departamento. El caso de negocio normalmente requiere buen manejo de base de datos y presentación en pdf

First stage is Phone screen with recruiter ( fairly straight forward)
Second stage is Problem solving interview ( dependent on interviewer and problem given, I prepped using ex MBB case studies but still somehow did not get through, the problem was very vague
