I had an initial call with someone heading APAC recruiting, then followed by a UCAT test - the one similar to IQ tests and then I was told there would be another interview next.

Examen tipo gmat
3 entrevistas: 1 de razonamiento (Encontrar la causa raíz de un problema), 1 Con el Head del área y otra con el CEO.
El último filtro es un background check que tardan al rededor de 2 semanas

First stage is Phone screen with recruiter ( fairly straight forward)
Second stage is Problem solving interview ( dependent on interviewer and problem given, I prepped using ex MBB case studies but still somehow did not get through, the problem was very vague
