I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Revolut (Porto, Oporto)
Interview
The interview was quite informal, they only asked about my availability, salary expectation, and experience. I ended up not getting the job because I was only available part-time, and they wanted someone full-time. They offered me 1800 EUR / month, which is quite a decent salary offer in Portugal
Hi there,

Other Localization Specialist Interview Reviews for Revolut
I applied online. I interviewed at Revolut (Bucarest, ) in Nov 2025
Interview
I interviewed for a Localisation Specialist position and was disappointed by the experience. The interviewer seemed disengaged and disinterested from the start, reading through the job description rather than having a meaningful conversation.
About 15 minutes in, after hearing the compensation details, I stopped the interview. The offer was 8,000 RON gross per month, which amounts to less than half that net. For a role that combines three distinct areas - translation/localisation, creative copywriting, and content/project management - the compensation was far below market level.
When I explained that the offer didn’t reflect the scope or expertise required, the interviewer showed little interest and maintained a “take it or leave it” attitude.
Overall, the experience conveyed a lack of respect for candidates’ time and skills. The company seems to expect senior-level quality at junior-level pay, which is neither sustainable nor fair. I hope they reconsider their approach to both compensation and candidate engagement.

Interview
Entrevista de varias etapas, todas en inglés:
