Revolut is a global financial technology company that offers banking services through its mobile application. The interview process at Revolut can vary depending on the role you are applying for, but here is a general overview of what you can expect: Application: The first step is to apply online by submitting your resume and cover letter. You may also be asked to complete an online assessment, depending on the role. Phone Interview: If your application is successful, you will be contacted for a phone interview. This interview will likely be conducted by a recruiter and will be a screening process to determine if you are a good fit for the company. Technical Interview: If you are applying for a technical role, you may be asked to complete a technical assessment or coding challenge before being invited to a technical interview. The technical interview will test your skills and knowledge in the relevant area. On-site Interview: The next stage is an on-site interview, which will typically involve meeting with several members of the team you will be working with. This may include a combination of technical, behavioral, and cultural fit interviews. Final Interview: If you pass the on-site interview, you may be invited to a final interview with a senior leader or executive at the company. This interview will likely focus on your overall fit with the company culture and your long-term goal

Question 1
goodWhy do you want to work for Revolut? What are your strengths and weaknesses? What relevant experience do you have for this role? How do you stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (Dublín, Dublín) in May 2025
Interview
The whole process was quite straightforward and informative. A day or two after I applied, an HR representative reached out to schedule a quick call to verify my details. Most of the questions in that call were the same ones I had already answered in my application.
After that, another HR manager sent me a bunch of information and guidance on what to expect in the interview with the Sales Manager. Then I moved to what they call "Cultural Fit Interview," which is led by the sales Manager. There are two more rounds: a 60-minute "Skill Interview with Live Test", and a 20-minute Country Manager Interview.
