Where to start?! x 2 calls with recruiter, x1 with Snr Leader (which was interesting and engaging), but then an appalling 3rd interview full of illegal, sexist and unethical questions, with a disengaged jnr team member who was unable to have a conversation relevant to the role due to a lack of knowledge. Mind-numbing tactical questions irrelevant to a strategic role, appalling attitude, sexist and toxic bro culture at its best. I had read they had been taken to court for questionable interview and hiring tactics, but assumed on that basis they were hoping to drive positive change - clearly not. In theory, following that conversation there would have been a 'test' to do.

Primera toma de contacto realizar una prueba lógica aplicada a todo tipo de perfiles sin importar el puesto al que te has inscrito. Solo te comunican que no has llegado a la puntuación indicada sin ni siquiera querer conocerte en una primera videollamada o llamada telefónica. Solicité feedback de la prueba (qué menos después de dedicarle un tiempo saber qué puntuación he tenido y en qué áreas he fallado más o menos). Nadie me contestó nunca. Entiendo que se utilice una plantilla predefinida para descartar pero si una persona directamente te envía un mail con educación pidiendo feedback lo mínimo es responder. Proceso muy poco humano.
