Clear process communicated from the beginning, announced feedback deadline are respected, appropriate questions discussed during the interview. The technical review was really in accordance with the job. The HR is reactive and bring clear answers to the questions raised

The interview process was very clear and all the people interviewed me were very friendly. This helped me to feel so much less nervous and be able to respond all questions as the best of me. I even learned a lot as when I can't answer some of the questions, the interviewers would explain to me with the correct answers. Mostly within 3-4 hours of my interview. I received the interview feedback incluidng positive ones and areas for improvement which is very helpful. The Revolut recruiter was very helpful and friendly since the very beginning, it made me immediately feel relaxed about the whole process compare to other traditional recruitment processes I experienced many times in my career. In general, my entire interview process was very positive and I really hope everyone who interviews for Revolut will have the same postive experience as me.
