1. Interview with a recruiter, she asked a few easy, but a bit ridiculous questions - one of those situations when a recruiter reads questions from "Developer interview questions" and can't really evaluate your answers...
2. Home task - which actually could be quite big, if you want to do right. But, in the end, the result fo this phase actually does not really matter, as long as your solution is ok.
3. Phone Tech interview. The interviewer mostly asked geeky questions that are not really related to what you are gonna do, later on, I found the same questions just by googling ("Developer interview questions"). He had those questions written on the paper...He didn't ask questions about my past experience or technologies I have used.
4. Phone system design interview. At the begging, the interviewer told me that he has questions that I need to answer and he gave me a task to come up with system design. It didn't feel like a discussion, nor like a building some system, more like - he was trying to match what I was saying to his questions he needs to ask. The first problem - the task was fairly simple, but the questions were not relevant. The second problem - the whole task was not relevant at all to the position I was applying - what is the point to ask questions which are not relevant to your actual work?
The whole process seemed to me like over standardized and not really relevant to the position you are applying. During every phase(recruiter, online interview) people were asking questions from a paper, mostly literary reading from the paper and waiting for your answer which should match exactly the answer on the paper. I had a feeling that they don't really interested in your past experience or your skills as long as you can answer all! the questions from "Developer Interview questions". It looks like they
Before a tech phone interview, you don't have a chance to actually get to know the project, system, or what potentially you are going to do - but they already ask you to invest some time in the home task.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (Londres, Inglaterra) in Aug 2019
Interview
Great hiring process, very quick. 4 interview rounds and great support and fast feedback through every step of the process. The company seems to grow really fast and it looks like their hiring process has improved over time and is quite polished now. Phone Call with an internal recruiter followed up with a home task, video chat interview and an onsight interview.
