Interview
Recruiting process made of 3 stages: 1) online, 2) group & individual interview and 3) final interview with the director of the Centro Superior de Formacion de Repsol in Madrid. The whole process requires you to be fluent in english and creative during the group interview

Question 1
Second Phase consists of a group interview with other people (group of 8) and HHRR employees. This is were your contribution matters: organizational skills, interacting, managerial, etc.
The one to one interview was easy, with the HHRR person.
Third Phase: with the director of the CSFR. You have to prove yourself and market the qualities that make you unique compared to the other applicants.
