I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Red Points (Barcelona) in Sep 2020
Interview
The process consisted of 3 interviews with HR, SDR manager, and CRO. The first two through a video call while the third one inside their office.
The last interview consisted of two parts: A sales call role-play and a presentation.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Red Points (New York, NY) in Oct 2018
Interview
I was initially contacted by a recruiter who had seen my LinkedIn page and was working with Red Points on their search for Sales Development Representatives for their NYC office. The same day I was contacted by the recruiter, I had a phone screening with the US Director of Sales. During this call, the Director further discussed the company and the role then asked if I could complete a 2-hour long online assessment later that evening, which I agreed to. The Director also scheduled an on-site interview in their NYC office (WeWork) for the next day – the on-site interview was part basic sales interview and part casual conversation. A few days later, I had a Google Hangout interview with their HR Manager who is based in Barcelona, and a few weeks later, I had a Google Hangout interview with their VP of Sales who is also based in Barcelona. Overall, it was a fairly positive interview experience. The Director kept in touch at least once a week throughout the entire process, the HR Manager was extremely responsive and very helpful, and the VP made sure I, as a potential candidate, has a very accurate understanding of the company and the role. Although I was not extended an offer due to more complicated reasons, interviewing for Red Points was very pleasant.

It was a skype interview.
The next step would be a face-to-face interview with the manager.
The HR lady was nice, the interview was more like a chat and it helped me feel more comfortable
