Mainly just a behavioral interview. Would ask questions about your resume and what you've done, trying to see if some of the skills they're looking for are listed on your resume. Ask if you're okay with slow work and waiting a long time for things to happen. Which I guess while working there, this was true.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RTX in Aug 2021
Interview
Extremely smooth and efficient. I applied online. Then, there was a phone screening two days later. After the phone screening, I had to wait three weeks to see if I would be moving forward with an interview with a recruiter( but they did state it would be a 3wk wait, no limbo/ghosting). The final interview was a quick 30 min sit down with the hiring manager of the department.

Interview
I had an hour long interview with the hiring manager. Not very many technical questions were asked. But it was a good conversation with mostly background and behavioral questions, learning to understand more about me as a person.
