3 stages excluding recruiter interview.
Competency based questions, role play/ task and final interview with decision all head. Quite thorough. Each round lasts roughly an hour. Feedback provided fairly promptly.

first wold be an application form and a Phone interview, and if you were successful followed by a face to face interview and then there will be a senior manager interview

Interview
Three round of interviews. One round with two directors of different divisions and one with the MD of the company. The questions were mainly behavioral and tested my response to some probing questions. They maintained a pleasant environment and encouraged the feedback.
