Multi stage process. Recruiter, Manager, Director. Combination of virtual and in person. The company is Private Equity owned and has a preference for commuting, depending on the role. Major offices in the United States include Aliso Viejo, Austin, Houston, Greenville and international hubs in Australia, Canada, China, and a new AI center in Ireland.

Interview
This was a 4 stage virtual interview process with varying levels of technical and situational questions around customer management, sales/renewal experience, and workload balance. Stages were conducted by recruiting, CS Manager, and CS Leadership. Good communication from recruiting until the final stage where I never recieved any confirmation whether I had been successful. Over 3 months later I still have never recieved any communication from them. This has left a very poor impression of the company

I was scheduled for an onsite customer success interview and was told 2.5 hours in advance that the interview was canceled because the role had been filled.
Incredible inconsiderate and unprofessional. There is a reason why the company reviews are sub par.
I wouldn’t waste your time.
