Attended Java interview in Hyderabad.cleared written test along with two technicalroundsbut no response from them after follow ups.pathetic and bad just wasting your valuable time.consultancies force to go for interview finally these guys just interview for there time pass,they are not sure what they want.may be I think they are looking at resources/slaves with cheap cost.Not. Sure whether do they have some requirement or just taking interviews as many as possible.they should change there approach and tell at what they really need
