QAD interview questions

Interview process is simple enough. First they do telephonic interview. Then there is Technicle discussion in office with local team manager. Then if required USA manager interview. once you clear all of that then HR interview happens in that they test your attitude once you clear that then comes salary negotians. Thats it.

Interviewed by many different individuals with different skill sets that did not have familiarity with my background as a Solair System Administrator. There were more questions about what my experience related to, but no more that related to my experience with QAD software.
