Standard consulting interview process. Included multiple rounds with a variety of case and behavioral interviews. Networking prior is very helpful. Candidates need to come prepared (i.e. practice cases, know the company values, know what makes you stand out as a candidate).

Interview
Interview had 3 Rounds. 2 Technical and 1 HR First Technical round was mostly based on CV grilling, second is about basic DSA and python. HR round is just a formality if you do good in the first 2.

Smooth process, it was oncampus interview. Two rounds were there. One technical and one simple HR round. Technical interview had questions on OOP etc. One initial screening test was there. Had basic aptitude questions.
