First you apply online and upload CV etc. Then do Online tests (Logical and Numerical) both if I recall, 20 minutes each. Next, Online Situational Judegement Test, very long, took ages to complete, though I don't think it's meant to - I thought too much about my answers Next, Phone Interview - about 30 minutes long, mainly competency questions "Tell me a time you..." etc. pretty sure this was outsources to a interview company. After not hearing for about a month: Assessment Centre ( Case study, Group exercise, more logical and numerical tests) Month later: 1-1 Interview
