Great interview style for an experienced hire. One-hour online interview with friendly Senior Managers who put me at ease immediately. Variety of behavioural questions based on my CV. Didn't feel rushed or under pressure. Hope to hear the outcome shortly.

Very informal. They spent a lot of time selling the company. Some broad questions to assess professional background, fit with company, technical experience etc. Answered all my questions, tried to assess how I would present to clients (internal and external).
