I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PwC (Dhaka)
Interview
The 3-part interview process consisted of a verbal section, a data-based problem solving section, and an analytical writing assignment.
The verbal interview consisted questions based on past work experience, which I found reasonable.
The problem solving section seemed designed to pressurize the candidate; with an assessor watching and giving a verbal time countdown for every problem while the candidate attempts to solve problems on a projector screen based on questions provided on paper. The assessor also interrupted the candidate several times with questions based on their thought process on a problem, while the time kept running.
For the analytical written section, the electronic device was taken away and the candidate was asked to write on pen and paper, with a provided choice of scenario based topics.
The entire process took approximately two hours.
