It is a pretty simple process, you have several interviews with various people from HR to your line manager (to be). They focus a lot on experience, gaming and the right mindset to succeed.

Experience in esports and do you have a passion for gaming
Deux premiers tours d'entretiens réalisés avec 2 personnes par tour. Plus passation d'un case study portant sur une gap analysis réglementaire. Quelques questions "techniques" mais basiques posées durant les 2 tours.
The HR interviewer was very friendly and got back to me in 3 days for the user interview scheduling. The interview revolved around my CV, my college experience and organizational experience

Two rounds interview plus phone screening. Also they have a events to have a final selection. It's overwhelming and people seems nice but actually don't show respect to people's time.
