Online test, virtual assessment and two in-person interviews (one group, one individual). Questions mostly focusing on skills and values rather than technical competencies, which might have been because it was for a graduate position (assuming experienced hires have different processes). The case study for a group interview was quite generic, not requiring any specific knowledge, more about being able to think critically on the spot and perform under time pressure.

The interview was a multi-step process. In the first part I spoke directly to the team, describing my competences and about myself as in a traditional interview. The second part was an intelligence and personality test, followed by an interview following up on those results.
