Very relaxed. Was interviewed by two directors (back-to-back interviews) and it was more like a conversation than an interview. They asked me maybe 1 behavioral question. It was on Zoom.

Three rounds, all behavioral. The first was with a recruiter focusing on background and interest in tax. The second was with a senior associate, diving deeper into experiences and teamwork. The final round was with a director, focused on fit, long-term goals, and situational questions.
