Interview
Went to the interview in Shanghai in the summer of 2021. Self-introduction for all interviewees one by one, followed by a debate over a case study and then a Q&A session.

2. Group interview with around 16 people divided into two groups. Self intro as per usual, and then a debate session about a topic not necessarily related to business

Very simple and they lay it out for you with the times and how many people you interview with. Very nice people you interview with and not intimidating very welcoming and nice.
First you apply online, then get invited to an Online Assessment, then a online Hirevue, followed by the Assessment Center and the Final Round interview. They ask you behavioral questions as well as case studies in teams and alone.
