Hopeless Melbourne-based talent team. No response to multiple emails or msgs on linkedin, even when contacting them from a comparable role in another big 4.
What do they actually do? People like me do their job for them by reaching out to them, but they can't even respond. Terrible first impression.

2 rounds with both tech and then HR round. Subject matter understanding would be tested. Past experiences would be key as well. Knowledge of working in a team and complex environment would be tested as well.

There were four interviews and the last one was just a general call with the partner . The hr was nice to talk with. The process was smooth and took about 3 weeks.
