I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PwC (Saint Louis, MO) in May 2015
Interview
I was selected to participate in the Elevate program for my city. The Elevate program was a 2 day summer leadership conference where they bring in about 30+ students to learn more about the company. They also planned various social and philanthropic activities. On the second day, each students had (2) behavioral interviews with a partner and a manager in the chosen service line. Do not be intimidated by the word behavioral. It was very conversational almost as if you're talking to an advisor/counselor on your career goals and aspirations. For each interview, they began asking basic questions such as read me through your resume, tell me more about your involvement in this club, etc. The rest of the time was situational questions such as Tell me how you approach working in a team, what position do you tend to take, how do you deal with a teammate not doing their part, etc. If you go in with a mentality of preparedness and confidence about yourself, the interview goes by real fast! Be genuine and actually listen to what they have to say about themselves. Often times, more questions arise as your conversation carries on. That way, questions you ask become more genuine and catered to them. Overall, all interviews I've had with PwC is very laid-back, conversation and stress-free.
Processo di selezione così composto:
