Interview
Hiring is done on the basis of 2-3 rounds of interview. Technical round with the manager, then once you clear that then you have a technical session with the SM or director and then a round with the partner. Finally on clearing all the rounds one final round will be with the HR
Quite nice and chill. Do not give a lot of pressure, just like a normal chatting and a process to know more about your character and skills.Do go deep into following questions for making sure you are nor making up stories.
Meeting with hr and straight forward with two senior managers at the same time, asked technical questions about governance and management, my background and experience related. Overall positive meeting, they were extremley kind
