Interview
Initially I submitted online for. Then I was called fro interview with HR manager. She goes through the interview and decides weather you are a fit. The questions are more personality based. Second round is the testing technical, verbal etc. After that you meet the manager, senior associate and director and the last part is the interview with partner. at this level the partner decides weather to hire or not. He/She is mainly looking weather you are worth long term, as investment in staff development is huge. Besides that they look for leadership and managerial traits. You may be the top in technical tests but get no offer unless you are bale to present yourself as future manager, partner.

Question 1
What fruit you like? Don't answer banana!! or anything that has a sexual interpretations, What song describes you, I answered we are the champions, I just took a blind shot when answering but it worked, just name some motivational song, no matter what is the genre.
Quite nice and chill. Do not give a lot of pressure, just like a normal chatting and a process to know more about your character and skills.Do go deep into following questions for making sure you are nor making up stories.
Meeting with hr and straight forward with two senior managers at the same time, asked technical questions about governance and management, my background and experience related. Overall positive meeting, they were extremley kind
