Processo muito bom. Bem elaborado, organizado e com feedback em todas as etapas. Ainda estou participando e aguardo o retorno da última fase.
Consiste de um teste de aptidão (online), uma dinâmica de grupo com cases, uma apresentação pessoal (ainda na dinâmica), uma redação, entrevista com os gestores e por fim uma avaliação de inglês (por telefone).

1. Manager round: He asked basic questions on past profile and checked my understanding
2. Director round: He checked basic concepts on the business understanding. There was a small case to be solved

One thing you would take care of while designing systems
Quite nice and chill. Do not give a lot of pressure, just like a normal chatting and a process to know more about your character and skills.Do go deep into following questions for making sure you are nor making up stories.
Meeting with hr and straight forward with two senior managers at the same time, asked technical questions about governance and management, my background and experience related. Overall positive meeting, they were extremley kind
