Interview
Als junior moet je enkele opdrachten uitvoeren vooraleer je kan doorstromen naar de interviews. Deze opdrachten bestaan uit een business case (afgesteld op de aard van de functie waarvoor je solliciteert) en een debat. Als je een goede beoordeling krijgt op deze twee, volgt een drietal interviews. Deze interviews worden gehouden door (1) HR (2) senior consultants of partners (3) directeur of managers.
(noot: je vereist op voorhand enkele online testen te vervolledigen, die jouw numerieke en abstracte vaardigheden toetsen, en een persoonlijkheidstest)

Question 1
Vragen zijn voornamelijk gebaseerd op CV (logischerwijs) en in de aard van :
- Wat heeft het team/ hebben jouw collega's in "een project/werkervaring op CV" aan jou gehad?
- Waarom PwC en niet een ander bedrijf?
- Waarom "jouw studiekeuze" ?
- Wanneer ben jij of wat maakt jou het meeste productief/gemotiveerd?
- Vertel eens over een situatie waarin je deze "een bepaalde vaardigheid" hebt moeten toepassen?
- Noem eens 3 sterkte-/zwaktepunten op.
- Wat denk je dat "de functie waarvoor je solliciteert" inhoudt?
- ...
(noot: tijdens interview met HR wordt ook gevraagd om in het Frans en Engels te spreken)

Interview
Firstly there was an online test, which was very similar to CAT. The questions were divided in three sections, english, quant and logical reasoning.
After completing that I got a mail one day before the interview, telling me I was selected for the next round
There were three rounds:
First one was mostly based on my resume, I was mostly asked about my projects. Then we discussed my achievements which were mostly co-curricular.
Second round was partner round. A senior from pwc took the interview. A few questions were asked from dsa and DBMS. Other than that we discussed my leadership roles which were mainly in clubs.
Third round was hr. But she didn't ask a lot. Just a question and that's it.

Question 1
Select a company of your choice and explain various departments in the said company
Out of college - simple case interview. More of a conversation if anything. Before that was a behavioral with your typical questions and always answer with STAR (situation, task, action, result). Just looking for moderately smart people with a few standouts that they will promote YoY.
The interview process involves three stages: a Technical Round to assess your skills, a Managerial Round to evaluate fit, and after one week, HR will contact you with the offer if selected.
