Interview
They will ask you to do 3 different assessments within 2hrs 30 m.
- 2 Business Essays
- English test
- Case
Afterwards, there will be a 1-1 interview with an HR, it's nothing actually, the questions can be anticipated. In the end, that HR said that they were looking for either a senior associate or an intern, so they can only offer me with the internship position despite I applied for the Associate position. Hence, I declined. They could have mentioned earlier, instead, they didn't. It was a waste of time.

1. Manager round: He asked basic questions on past profile and checked my understanding
2. Director round: He checked basic concepts on the business understanding. There was a small case to be solved

One thing you would take care of while designing systems
Quite nice and chill. Do not give a lot of pressure, just like a normal chatting and a process to know more about your character and skills.Do go deep into following questions for making sure you are nor making up stories.
Meeting with hr and straight forward with two senior managers at the same time, asked technical questions about governance and management, my background and experience related. Overall positive meeting, they were extremley kind
