Interview
30 min behavioural first round over the phone. Fairly straight forward questions. Full day final round including logic/pattern test, 30 min written memo, 1 hr group case and partner chat. Everything is under a time crunch - they want to see how you really deal with pressure and working as a team.

2. Director round: He checked basic concepts on the business understanding. There was a small case to be solved

One thing you would take care of while designing systems
Quite nice and chill. Do not give a lot of pressure, just like a normal chatting and a process to know more about your character and skills.Do go deep into following questions for making sure you are nor making up stories.
Meeting with hr and straight forward with two senior managers at the same time, asked technical questions about governance and management, my background and experience related. Overall positive meeting, they were extremley kind
