Interview
Interview process was very straightforward and clear. The interview was mainly behavioral with a few challenging strengths/weaknesses questions and a couple questions about working within in a group and on a team. I've had both easier and harder interviews.

Whats your greatest weakness, and how can you work to improve upon that weakness?

2) test inglese e test psicoattitudinale da remoto
3) test in presenza con domande di contabilità (30/45 domande circa se non ricordo male) + domande di logica, matematica e probabilita. Tempo 45 minuti
4) colloquio con partner o chi per lui

You have to do a situational judgment test regarding lots of different scenarios and rank them from least like you to most like you along with ranking how strongly you agree with different statements, then an online assessment, which covers different questions based on their core values and competencies.
