Online Application (very simple) and then online tests and then a telephone interview (I failed telephone interview). Provided plenty of tips and advice prior which I did not look at enough but otherwise very straightforward and simple.

Asked about all of their 5 professional attributes (Whole leadership, Technical capabilities, Business acumen, Global acumen Relationships) and asked specific questions about your examples given.
Assessment Centre- was given a case study to complete in a group of six people about a online tutoring company. We were then split into time slots for our individual interviews.
First was a HR phone call. Mainly behavioural followed by a case study which was sent 24 hours prior to the presentation day where we had to present our findings to a panel

Case study question which revolves around business and optimization question
Everyone was very welcoming and the process was quite straightforward. I could even choose my location at the end. The interviews happened online and were conducted in German. I appreciate the quick feedback.
