I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at PwC (Londres, Inglaterra) in Nov 2016
Interview
telephone interview was very scripted and impersonal and went on for 55 minutes.
here are some of the questions i was asked:
when have i sought out other opinions different from my own to help in research
why pwc? what have i researched recently that could affect pwc?
how do i keep up to date with the news and business environment?
when have you approached someone when something was wrong?
complex analysis in research
how do i manage my time across different deadlines
when have i made a relationship outside of university?
complex task when i had to use my initiative without guidance from others?
what has happened recently that i have studied in the news and economy?
there were many prompt questions also which made it quite difficult. many of my answers i felt weren't academic enough. i tried my best to give an example of complex analysis but i felt as though the interviewer wanted some complex project i'd worked on however, I dont tend to do projects as part of my uni degree so i felt i was at a disadvantage.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PwC (Londres, Inglaterra) in Oct 2025
Interview
video intereview after psychometric tests that involved talking about myself, given 5 mins to answer and 1 min to prepare, around 5 questions talking about challenges ive faced and stuff like that
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe one of the greatest challenges you have faced and how you dealt with it
Video interview was fairly standard, more motivational questions (i.e. why PwC). Less emphasis on CV-based questions although some scenario questions as well. Fairly standard and not too difficult compared to other companies for management consulting.
Online Application - immediately sent tests via email - given timescale to complete - Psychometric tests involving game based assessment and Numerical reasoning test- result and feedback was very quick and detailed
