Telephone interviews were scheduled during a week recieved offer next week
Ein gespräch, 30min Personal Fit, dort wurde auch gefragt ob man ein Deal von PwC nennen kann, 30 Min klassische Fachfragen wie man sie im M&A kennt, M&A Prozess, 3 financial statements, was ist Net Debt, was Working capital etc.
It was composed of a behaviroal section and case section. Case section was very easy with no math involved, mainly brainstorming. Was regarding an M&A case. Behaviroal were simple situational questions.
