Recruitment process had 2 parts: First - online test, consists numerical (mostly charts and tables, demanding fast multiplication, division) and figure/logical reasoning test. The second is similar to so-called "IQ tests", you have to decide which figure logically belongs on the spot behind question mark. Second part was the Assesment Centre: the first task was to prepare case study - you had 30 minutes to solve business related problem (assess future income, market size) then 15 minutes interview with consultant to present a solution. Next was regular interview with HR about experience, your skills, hobby etc., and finally 1 hour long English written test - 1 opinion essay (for 200-250 words), you choose 1 topic out of 3, and 1 summary of an article (not longer than 150 words) with underlined part asked to give a personal statement about. Both texts are business related.
