Team-based exercise where each participant had to pitch a solution to a business on how to deal with building waste as part of a case study. Team then had to select best value option. Followed by one on one interview, and second interview with a Partner if they are considering you.

When have you had to convince someone of something? How did you convince them?
Quite nice and chill. Do not give a lot of pressure, just like a normal chatting and a process to know more about your character and skills.Do go deep into following questions for making sure you are nor making up stories.
Meeting with hr and straight forward with two senior managers at the same time, asked technical questions about governance and management, my background and experience related. Overall positive meeting, they were extremley kind
