The process was fast. Online assessment: logical and mathematics. Personality. Later Assessment day: again the same tests but now on paper. I may say that the complexity a bit higher. Written exercise. 3 options to choose. Each option is a proposal for investment. Why that option, advantages, disadvantages ... Group exercises: 30 minutes speaking about the option that they previously assigned to you. Explain why your option is better than others. This part is the most important, stay calm, let other speak, don't interrupt. Speak accurately. Make a good introduction and a good conclusion. Suggest vote the best option. Keep track of the time.
