Interview
I was contacted by HR firm and interview to offer letter release process lasted close to 1.5 months.
First round Interview was telephonic and was from the US, this was purely technical and was with a Director. Second round was 1-1, with Associate Director and was more of Managerial round.
Last round was with HR and although I received 50K less than asked for, I got a joining bonus of same amount. So I joined.

Interview
The interviewer asked me some questions about my experience in banking sector, after he introduced the firm and in particular he provided me with some description of activities, clients, matters projects done. I spoked with a Manager who talked me about what they were working on.

Interview
Contacted by the recriuting firm, which also made the first phone interview about skills and motivation; then a more technical interview took place at PwC; then the final interview with a partner; the process took about 1 month and half.
Interviewers was very good in understanding if you are the right profile and in creating a very comfortable environment; areas of expertise, experiences and skill were deeply checked.
Very good experience and very pleasant people.
I declined before formal offer, due to incompatibility with the requested overtime level.
