Interview
First we went to the Assessment Center where we sat for three tests (numerical, logical, and essay). Second was the 1:1 interview with an HR officer, right after the tests. Those who passed both were later called for an interview with the director. Those who passed the interview were called for some group activities, where we were divided into groups and asked to solve a simple case and compete with others (the purpose of these exercise is to see you interact with others, if you're a team player, if you can present your ideas in front of people, etc.).
