Interview
They hire online. You first fill out and answer a questionnaire. Once you get it right your are invited for an interview. The interview is with the store manager and takes about 30/40 mins. the store manager will star the interview in 3 stages. he will first go through your cv then he will ask you typical interview questions like whats your biggest strengths and weaknesses he will then give you scenarios and you have to give your best response.

Question 1
Que significa brindar una buena experiencia de compra?
Standard retail interview, make sure you have a question prepared to ask the interviewer. They go through your cv on the day so make sure you have the correct dates etc.
Really easy and quick. Interviewer was friendly and there was about 20 questions but just the generic. Took about 10 minutes. But was for christmas temp. So they lowkey was trying to take alot of people in as possible as primark can get busy.
